Our History: Oklahoma Center of Empowerment, LLC (OCoE) is an organization that is continually growing as we support our community needs. OCoE has built an inspiring vision to empower people’s lives. This vision will produce tangible results in your present. At OCoE we influence change by inspiring people to live and experience maximum potential. Our organization is an advocate for people with special needs, or homeless, low-and-moderate income (LMI) as well as our community’s returning veterans and those released from incarceration. We support our Christian community in marriage counseling, performing weddings an funeral and other spiritual work based on your Christian need.
Started in the Sooner State, OCoE is located in historic downtown Tulsa, at 616 South Boston Ave, Suite 401, which is the original Chamber of Commerce for Tulsa, Oklahoma. The current location is close to where the under-served community needs us most.
We have developed special programs for all individuals we serve to assist them in finding gainful employment and/or assist those wanting to start their own business. We empower all to become independent through personal and career development. These services assist our city by keeping our streets safe and in improving the quality of life for all.
Our Mission: To serve the community by empowering specific individuals with tools to lead functional, productive, and wholesome lives. Our emphasis is with our Christian community, our military veterans, the homeless, individuals with special needs/disabilities, low-moderate income persons and persons freed from incarceration.
