Homeless – Re-Establishing Independence
Oklahoma Center of Empowerment, Inc. (OCoE) has developed comprehensive programs (Career Development and MSA) to assist our homeless at various stages of transitioning back into the community. OCoE runs an employment service program to enable homeless to pay their bills and build confidence to work back in the community. We also will offer resources (thru community partners) to assist with housing for homeless people working in our employment services program or needing sober-living.
Freed From Incarceration
Re-Integration into the Community/family: This program is similar to the homeless program (Career Development and MSA) helping ex-prisoners transition back into the community. Oklahoma Center of Empowerment, Inc. (OCoE) runs an employment service program to enable veterans to pay their bills and build confidence to work back in the community. We also will offer resources (through community partners) to assist with housing for homeless veterans working in our employment services program or needing sober-living.
